Inviting teammates
How to add your team to a Promptive workspace so everyone can see the same data.
Inviting someone
Go to Settings → Team. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click Send invite. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
If they don't already have a Promptive account, they'll be prompted to create one as part of accepting the invite. Their account is tied to your workspace — they don't start a separate trial.
What they can see
Everyone in a workspace has the same view: all brands, all prompts, all data. There are no read-only or restricted roles at this time — everyone can see and edit everything in the workspace.
Role-based access control is planned for a future release. Email admin@getpromptive.ai if this is a blocker.
Seat limits
Trial, Starter, Pro, and Growth plans include seats for your team without a hard cap — we don't charge per seat on those plans. Scale plan includes explicit unlimited seats with priority support.
