What the 7-day trial includes, what it doesn't, and what happens when it ends.
What you get
Access is by invite from the waitlist right now. Every invite starts with a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to the Promptive platform with these parameters:
- 20 active prompts
- 3 engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
- 4 competitors
- Daily refresh (same cadence as paid plans)
- Visibility scoring and sentiment analysis
- Brand rankings and platform performance breakdown
The trial starts the moment you verify your email. There is no auto-charge at the end — your account simply pauses until you choose a plan.
Trial limits
The trial does not include:
- Citation tracking (Sources section) — requires Starter or above
- CSV export — requires Starter or above
- Claude tracking — requires Pro or above
- Share of Voice — requires Starter or above
After the trial
When the 7-day trial ends, your account enters a read-only state. You can still see your historical data, but no new refreshes run until you choose a plan. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.
To continue, go to Settings → Billing and select a plan. If you have questions about which plan is right for you, email admin@getpromptive.ai.
Trials are one per email address. If you need to extend your trial for evaluation purposes, reach out to admin@getpromptive.ai.
