is now live for all workspaces. Scores now run from −1.0 to +1.0 (previously −5 to +5). Historical scores have been re-normalized — your trends are preserved.
Neutral band (−0.1 to +0.1)
is now displayed explicitly in charts. Scores within this band are labeled "Neutral" rather than "Slightly positive/negative."

Visibility formula weights updated from 0.50/0.30/0.20 to 0.45/0.35/0.20 (presence/rank/share). The shift gives more credit to rank position — a brand mentioned 7th in a 10-item list was previously over-credited.
All historical scores have been recalculated with the new weights. Trend lines are continuous; no data gaps.

: any prompt can now be manually refreshed outside the standard 24-hour cadence. Growth plan: 10 refreshes/day. Pro: 50/day. Enterprise: unlimited.
Competitor sets
: group your competitors into named sets (e.g., "Direct," "Adjacent") and compare your visibility against the set average rather than individual brands.
Prompt library tags
: labels for prompt libraries are now freeform text, not a fixed list. Existing labels were migrated automatically.

: Promptive now extracts inline citations from AI answers and links them to the source URLs your brand earned. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
Billing by workspace
: agency accounts can now set per-workspace billing caps to prevent overruns. Caps reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Audit log export
: workspace admins can export a full audit log (CSV) covering the last 90 days of admin actions — user invites, brand changes, integration connects.
