How is mention rate calculated?

Mention rate is the share of AI answers that name your brand in the text or cite your site as a source. Share of voice is your appearances divided by the appearances of every tracked brand.

What is average position?

Your rank among every brand named in an answer, including brands you don't track. Lower is better.

Can I export the data?

Yes. Every table exports to CSV, reports can be saved as PDF, and higher plans include a read-only API.

How is this different from other AI visibility tools?
