How Autopilot works

Autopilot plans a month of SEO and GEO work from your own data, does it, publishes through your CMS, and measures what each change moved.

The monthly loop

  1. Plan. At the start of each billing month Autopilot builds a plan from the prompts where AI answers leave you out, your Search Console data and its weekly site check.
  2. Write and fix. It researches each topic from the pages AI already cites and writes in your voice.
  3. Publish. Work set to Auto ships through your CMS. Work set to Ask me waits for you.
  4. Measure. Each piece is tracked against the prompts it targeted at 14, 30 and 60 days.
  5. Learn. Your thumbs and notes on drafts become rules for the next piece.

What it works on

  • Articles aimed at prompts you lose, in seven formats.
  • Pages: new comparison, alternatives, service and location pages, plus titles, rewrites, refreshes, FAQs and internal links on existing pages.
  • Site Guardian: a weekly 75-check audit with safe fixes pushed for you.
  • Off-site: Reddit reply and outreach drafts for the sites AI cites. You post or send them.

How much of each depends on your plan; see Plans & pricing. You can swap any planned topic or add your own from Content, Plan.

The Needs you inbox

Anything that needs a person lands in Needs you on the Autopilot overview: changes waiting for approval, pieces that need a decision, drafts to copy for draft-only sites, and broken connections. Everything else keeps running.

Emails

A weekly digest every Monday covers what shipped, how your AI visibility moved, what needs you and what's next. A needs-you alert goes out at most once every 12 hours. Both can be turned off in Autopilot, Settings.
