Fixing a competitor mismatch
How to correct false positive or false negative competitor matches.
If a competitor is being matched incorrectly (appearing when they shouldn't, or being missed), the issue is usually with the brand name or alias configuration. Go to Competitors → [competitor name] → Edit and adjust the name or add/remove aliases. Changes take effect on the next daily refresh.
If the problem persists, email admin@getpromptive.ai with the prompt and response text where the mismatch occurred.
